I do A LOT of stuff

You like those family meals we all have at least once a year?

Those meals in which we see a distant uncle whose first name we can't remember or in which we must not talk about politics ? Well, during these very unique and precious times... When the question comes "what do you do in life?", I have a lot of things to tell (my grandparents might even have time to die before I've finished the story).

Good news for you: it's not Christmas.

So I'll stick to the basics.

"A picture is worth a thousand words". I strongly believe in this saying, so I use the power of images (or motion) to say to express thousands of words.

"If you fail to plan you are planning to fail". Yes, I do like sayings a lot... But this one is nonetheless one I fermly believe in still. Strategy is at the core of every success in life. I implement it everytime I work to improve the odds of hitting objectives.

Stage 1 : Connecting Emotions

Who/what is your brand ? What are its competitive advantages and benefits ? What does your target market thinks of you ? How does your brand should be perceived externaly ? Together, we dive deep in these questions.

Stage 2 : User Profiles & journeys

Together, we start by diving deep in getting to know your customer better. We create user profiles and journeys, that encapsulate your customers needs, pain points, and stories, and how they interact with your brand.

Stage 3 : Your goals

What's your version of the story ? What goals will drive the most impact & results ? How to prioritize ? We answer these questions together, to later connect your business goals to the needs of your customers.

Stage 4 : Brand Attributes

Brand attributes are characteristics that describes the intrinsic and extrinsic qualities of a brand. They reveal its personality, functionality and physical traits through imagery, communication, actions, and assumptions. Attributes are what allow us to identify brands.

Stage 5 : Matching

Together, we gather and match the data to align your business goals to the needs of your customers, to generate ideas, features and solutions.

What's your Web Design process ?

The Game is a robust, highly collaborative process I have developed to deliver projects that win, every single time.


Stage 1 : Pre Game

1. Content development : What is the content that will help us achieve the goals we've set in the strategy part ? What needs to be on the website ? I do the copywritting.

2. Wireframes : Great paintings often start with sketching. Wireframing is a visual translation of content and structure in the framework of an interface. They allow me to study the effectiveness of a website and make numerous fast decisions, that will support the end product ( the fully developed website).


Stage 2 : First half

Now that the thinking, writing, and sketching has been done, I can fill it in with our best creativity. I add colors, images, typography, layout and more.


Stage 3 : Half Time

Time to slow down. I don’t have all the answers, I'm imperfect, and I know it. Before the design gets developed, we examine together what could be changed.


Stage 4 : Second Half

1. Development : No need to bring another external service provider. I take care of it by developing a clean, SEO friendly, well organized, responsive website.

2. Launch : Let’s make this champ live. We make sure everything runs the way it should, set up the analytics & more...


Stage 5 : Post Game

In this phase I give you complete control. I equip you with all the tools and informations you need to make sure everything continues to perform the way it should, and that you can update anything you’ll need to in the future, all in a easy to use package.
